Monowheel

Monowheels are a group of motorized vehicles that have a singular wheel. Most of the monowheels are one man operated, but largen ones that can carry multiple people can be found in Tagizdam military.
The monowheels designed to operate in Solnater have wide wheels that do not sink into the sand.

Solo Monowheels

As the name sugest they are operated by a single person, who is usually located in the center or lower part of the inside of the wheel. Variants where the driver sits on top of the wheel also exists. The wheels are usually no larger than two meters in height and some sixty centimeters wide.

Large Monowheels

Mostly military vehicles used by Tagizdam, these monowheels usually have one or two weapons operators in addition to the driver.

Power Generation

Most of the monowheels used in the Solnater area a power by small Luma engines. These are devices with adjustable power output, but higher power drains the emergy reservoir faster reducing the operation time.

Propulsion

The monowheels are propelled forward by their singular wheel, with the outer wheel usually having a inner ring that handles balancing and assists with turning. Both of these are powered by the primary Luma Engine, though larger monowheels sometimes see the inner-ring been driven by a sencondary engine.

Armor and defense

Ordinary monowheels are not armored and even the military ones usually are mostly lightly armored. Some of the more expensive models designed for nobels or royalty may feature reflector fields.
