Quelnaar

Built amongst the majestic trees and the glowing lake Vivarum, lies the enormous architectural marvel of Quelnaar.
Very few other cities in Viridium can match the beauty of Quelnaar. It's large marble buildings glow under the moonlight, and the lake mirrors many of the taller structres, leading to a magnificent sight at night.
The largest building in Quelnaar is the Qurvosian Tower, which is where the Elven Council holds their meetings and trials.
The city has very little crime, though quite a bit of "official" corruption among nobles and some council members. Overall, the elven population is happy here, and it is viewed as a very pleasurable and peaceful place to live.
It's streets are very open, leading to a vast skyline to allow the moon and stars to be visible from anywhere in the city.
Quelnaar is also known for some of the best academies, be it spell schools or battle tactics, those who graduate from these academies are considered to be some of the best at what they do.
