Chapter VIII: Everybody is Kung-Fu Fightinggg AKA {Seiche Is Always Down to Throw Hands/Evan’s Accent Goes All Over The Fucking Place}

General Summary

1. We spend the next few hours prepping for the jaunt in the Brightforge
2. Dazzy does laundry, Torinn and Vivian go hunting for spell materials, Damien prepares the boar, Seiche helps/watches Damien
3. Everyone but Dazzy spars {Seiche shows off and feels Damiens abs, then Damien gut punches Vivian and drops a surprise attacking Torrin}
4. We discuss having Damien use Selene's shield, and Seiche learns about Selene (sort of; the explanation is very vague and came from Torinn) {Seiche learns nothing about Selene}
5. Damien is reluctantly {thoroughly} convinced to make a new shield by Seiche
6. We mill around wondering what to do until we go to sleep (scary stories, ragging on Damien, etc) {may or may not have been in game} and settle on having everyone but Dazzy tell Torinn he isn't their friend {Damien basically says they aren’t really friends}
7. We sleep, Torinn sulking; Damien and Dazzy have an uneventful first watch, and Vivian has a Girl Talk™ with Seiche about Damien {Seiche basically says she’s bi}
8. Torinn wakes up and aggressively approaches {motherfucker teleported behind her and put his hand on her shoulder} Seiche (who attacks him to get away) to whisper to her {very fucking sus} that he wants to talk to Vivian
9. Torinn {who can’t take shit} confronts Vivian about bullying and then they start fighting physically {Torinn throws a ray of frost at Vivian and Seiche is all stanced up behind him ゴゴゴゴゴ}
10. Vivian tells Seiche what happened with Torinn and gives her more background on us and they bond :)
11. Vivian calls a group meeting and tells Dazzy and Damien what happened and then Vivian and Torinn keep arguing {Seiche is meditating aggressively bc she wants to replenish her Ki}
12. Eventually they come to an uneasy peace as Damien {sexy protag energy} takes control and tells us to set our grievances aside and work together for now
13. Torinn uses Kaze'y to open the Brightforge, and we find a room with lava and a table with an orange gem that spawns a siren named Helix, who is in the service of the handsome white-haired, blue-eyed tall dwarf Master Newton (manager of the Brightforce, he's been missing for a while)
14. Helix assists Master Newton with anything he needs to make, but his stock {of materials} is running low
15. Helix makes Damien a kite shield made of the bronze plates using badass Bright magic and then Damien unloads his bag of rocks and shit to be made into a cool silvery white Tusk Sword and Tusk Ingot
16. Torinn is thinking over what he wants to make, and Dazzy coated his shovel in alloy
