Chapter IV: At Least No One's Dead, Right?

General Summary

• We continue to fight against the wraiths
• Kai dies; time reverses by 12 seconds via rift break and Kai wakes up
• Daenerys and Ava each kill one of the wraiths
• Yuki is defeated by one of the wraiths before it is killed by Claer
• Kai, Yuki, and Ambrose take a short rest in the corner of the room while Ava and Daenerys investigate the altar

1. It has a protruding semicircle coming out of the top of the flat circle base
2. When Ava spins it to the right, it moves and clicks into place; nothing appears to have changed

• We continue down the other passages; we can pass through the traps but not back the other way

1. Kai loses an arm at the bicep by testing this out
2. Kai becomes increasingly more angry at Ava

• We descend into another floor, past a door, into a large room with 4 ghasts and a fire wraith on platforms above chasms
• Ambrose and Aisa fly over to deal with the ghasts while Ava, Daenerys, and Kai shoot at the wraith
• Dozens of more ghasts fly up from the chasm
