Grung

The small frog-like humanoids are primarily inhabitants of the southern jungles and swamps of Vilra-Shal, with few sightings outside of the region of Cleowin. Their homeland has played a significant role in shaping them into a resilient and resourceful race. The Grung are closely connected to their gods, often constructing grand temples dedicated to them.
Interestingly, Tortles are frequently found in the settlements of the Grung, and there appears to be a long but forgotten connection between these two races. While the Grung may have lost knowledge of this connection, the Tortles, who often live for hundreds of years, seem to hold the secret of how the Grung came into existence. However, they are typically not inclined to share this information readily.
