Totester
The great breadbasket of the south, its lands spread from the western ocean east to the foothills of the great mountain range. These rolling low lands coupled with the mild climate from the river Tote has allowed great fields of crops to cover most of its geography
The river Tote is the largest river of the known world in areas its span is so great that the far shore is beyond sight; grain barges, common fishing boats, and yachts of the elite dominate the travel up and down the river with almost every river town having access to a ferry that can cross the waters.
The capital city, Shire, is located on both shores of the rivers mouth joined by a mighty bridge, The Long Bridge, made of the same mysterious stone as the roads that cross the country. The bridge itself is tall enough in some section to allow ships of a height of 150 meters to pass beneath at low tide, all ships greater than that height must berth in the outer harbours.
Military
The military of Totester is based around their light troops, both infantry and cavalry.
Their horse, while not as sturdy as those of Staeloria are swifter and can gallop from dawn until the black of night without rest or even slowing. From this, on the rare occasions that their borders have been threatened they responded with counter attacks, ambushes, and raids on the attackers supplies melting away before the enemy could muster.
Foreign Relations
Their close ties with Utrait and Keterden distance them from the expansionist Ibralese which allows for a peaceful existence within her borders.
Infrastructure
From either a quirk of geology or remnants of civilizations long dead, spanning throughout the country’s landscape are roads of solid stone unbroken by joints or mortar. These pathways weave from town to town across the land creating a comprehensive network, in most places these roads are wide enough for four horse carts to be drawn abreast.
