Aikall

Aikall is the southern half of the most populated continent with ten or so known countries.

Geography

Geographically its eastern coast is quite mountainous with larger coniferous forests covering the lower slopes, to the west large plains and savannas break up the arboreal forests; near the inland sea, The Bloody Sea , dense jungles rule the landscapes. The mighty river Tote and surrounding plains are considered by many historians to be the cradle of the earliest civilizations of humanoid species.
To the south stands The Spire of the Gods.
Far to the south, it is rumored that spires of ice larger than the tallest of trees grow each winter and melt away come spring, these features cannot be attributed to natural weather formations due to the latitude of the region.
