Desire Faernea (Dee-sire Fair-neigh-ah)
The most prominent member of the PRF when using magic, he was a deep set warlock and practiced his arts meticulously. They are from the Dreadlands, an area of icy wilderness in the Northwest of Marmesia, where groups of tieflings gather together in covens to steal magic from devil lords and demon princes for use in their own magics. Desire steals her magic from Fierna specifically. They moved down south to Povya, in the city Lordes, until the time in which the PRF collapsed, they quickly fled further south where they found themselves under the employ of one of the houses of Wechesto.
