The Monastery of the Reaping Demons
The Monastery of the Reaping Demons is a group of monks in the Aire mountain range who study and follow teachings based on the life and power of demons. Many of their members subscribe to different schools that follow different Demons or Demon Adjacent Monsters. Each school carries its own philosophy, specific arts, and history. They are all united under one banner of the Reaping Demons. Often, each school has a specialization of what they do within and outside of the Monastery.
In an unknown year after the fracture, a collection of people with a strong appreciation of martial arts created a Monastery to train potential students. Each of the masters decided to study a different form life. One studied Dragons, one studied Demons, etc. These masters split up into their own schools. One of these was the reaping Demons. Over the next Melenium or so, they trained new students, who became the new masters. The old masters were ones who were still living due to their intense commitment to their studies. One of their policies was not to meddle in the affairs of those outside of the mountains. The Reaping Demons disagreed, and their leader started a plot to take over the monastery in 1035 PTF, by killing the other masters. The Plot was nearly successful, where all of the masters except the Master of the Dragons were killed. For the next two hundred years, the two schools fought until the Reaping demons overpowered the Dragon in 1241 PTF.

Way of the Oni
The Oni is a hulking yet cunning beast, which uses the fear of its targets against them. They use shadows or objects in the area to hide before striking with powerful strikes, before hiding again to stalk their targets once again. Monks who study the Oni follow in a similar way. Followers of the Way of the Oni strive to not show all that they have at one time, tending to weave their way around answering questions, especially about personal matters. They also tend to be very reserved.Combat Style
Followers of the Oni fight using the limits of their opponents' perception to their advantage. Picking off targets one by one with fast powerful attacks, attempting to strike fear within their opponents. If hiding is not an option, they will attempt to get behind their opponents before dealing a striking blow.Way of the Vrock
The Vrock is a hellish bird that will circle its prey before striking, pulling back, and waiting for the next opportunity, all while spreading poisonous gas which slowly kills its target.Combat Style
Followers of the Way of the Vrock will follow similar methods to the Combat style of the Vrock. Similar to the Oni, they will weave in and out of combat, but instead of hiding will move to either another target in the same action and/or will dodge blows. They incorporate many weaker strikes over a long time to whittle down their opponents. They also tend to be masters of using poisons in their combat, and assassinations.Way of the Glabrezu
The Glabruzu is a large four-armed beast that uses ferocity in fighting.Combat Style
Followers of the Glabrezu take a more direct route in fighting, preferring to absorb blows rather than dodge them. Their fighting style incorporates grabbing and using objects in the environment or using it in combat. Where a normal Hand to hand combatant might grab a mug off a table and hit someone with it, a follower of the Glabrezu would grab the table itself as a weapon.Way of the Marilith
Marlith are Large creatures with the body of a snake, and the top of a Human Woman with Eight Arms. They tend to use swords and other Melee Weapons to engulf their foes in a flurry of blows.Combat Style
Marlith Monks value the power of speed, and the way that melee weapons give that. They tend to employ duel weapons in some way. They use their weapons more as if they were two halves of one whole, instead of two individual weapons. They will strike one after the other, using the second strike to get into position to hit with the first again. They are masters of fighting against other weapons as well.History
