The Captain's Enchantment

When the Third Kadian War  was nearing its end, the leaders of the two nations came together in order to create a method where its soldiers would remain steadfast in the battle against the Tang Empire. This Enchantment would be placed on every guard officially trained by either nation and would reduce their fear while forcing them to comply with their leaders' orders while in battle. However, two failsafes were made. Every town had a scroll that would remove the enchantment from its guardsmen, however, these were only given to major cities. A second failsafe was made incase the enchantment was ever abused. They created The Captains Stone, a stone that could remove the enchantment at a touch, or could remove it for the entire world if attunded to at the highest point in the Victavian Continent.
