Holandian Naming Conventions

While Holandia has become much more diverse in the last couple hundred years due to the Kadenian wars, the nation still has alot of its Dwarvish and Gnomish roots. Many of the towns and geographical locations in the nation use these conventions due to tradition, and sometimes just a lack of need to change them.

River: wurlur 
 Mountain: lhar

While not all towns and such use these conventions, some mountains, rivers, and more remote locations will more than likely use them.
