Winter Menu

Despite the mild winter, meals focus on warmth and nourishment, featuring heartier textures and deeper, roasted flavors.  

Breakfast

  • Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal – Warm, comforting apple cinnamon oatmeal served with soft milk bread and a side of rich black sesame butter for a cozy, indulgent breakfast.
  • Cloudmilk Rice Pudding with Mirage Honey – Sweet, creamy comfort dish served warm.
  • Solgrain & Roasted Lantern Gourd Porridge – Nutty porridge with caramelized gourd chunks.
  • Frostberry & Almond Pastry – Buttery pastry with Frostberry jam and almond flakes.
 

Lunch

  • Velvety Chestnut Soup – A rich and creamy chestnut soup.
  • Beef Hot Pot – Tender beef slices simmered in a flavorful broth with vegetables and tofu.
