Summer meals prioritize cooling, hydrating foods with a focus on seafood, fresh fruits, and light grains to counterbalance the warmth and humidity.Breakfast

- Summer Breeze Toast – Creamy ricotta toast topped with a sweet peach compote, served alongside a refreshing side salad with a zesty lemon-pepper vinaigrette.
- Frostberry Yogurt Bowl – Chilled yogurt topped with Frostberries and toasted coconut.
- Cloudmilk Pancakes – Fluffy pancakes made with Cloudmilk and drizzled with Mirage Honey.
- Grilled Duskleaf & Egg Toast – Open-faced sourdough with wilted Duskleaf Greens, poached eggs, and truffle oil.
Lunch
