The Towers
Vikan Academy houses its entire student population in six identical dormitory buildings, known as The Towers. Dormitory housing is mandatory for all students throughout their enrollment, and rooms are assigned based on student rankings, which are updated each term.
Includes a common room, cafeteria, and multiple viewing and conference rooms. Students take their breakfast and dinner here, while lunch is served at the school cafeteria.
SECOND FLOOR
Contains laundry services for students ranked 51-300.
THIRD, FOURTH, FIFTH, NINTH, TENTH, AND ELEVENTH FLOOR
The third, fourth, fifth, and ninth floors house students ranked between 131 and 300. Each floor contains 21 single rooms, offering standard accommodations with essential amenities. The tenth and eleventh floors accommodate students ranked between 51 and 130. Each of these floors contains 20 single rooms, which follow the same standard dorm room design as the lower floors.
Towers Standard Dorm: Standard Dorm Room Includes:
The sixth floor is a male-only communal bath while the eigth floor is a female-only communal bath. Each floor offers a tranquil space for students to refresh and relax. The shower area features individual standing showers with detachable shower heads for easy rinsing. Shower Area: A line of shampoo, body wash, and other toiletries are provided in the shared space. These showers are open, allowing quick access to the soaking tubs. Bathing Area: The bath area consists of large soaking tubs, filled with warm water, and are made from smooth stone The atmosphere is peaceful, with soft ambient lighting and steam filling the room to create a soothing environment. SEVENTH FLOOR (MIXED COMMUNAL BATH)
The mixed communal bath on the seventh floor is open to all students and offers similar amenities as the single-sex baths, with a few key differences to ensure privacy and comfort.
Shower Area with Curtains: The shower stalls in this bath feature curtains for added privacy. Each stall has a shower head and a seating bench to allow for a thorough cleansing before entering the soaking area. Bathing Area: The large, shared soaking tubs are positioned to accommodate both male and female students, while maintaining a respectful and tranquil atmosphere. The room’s layout and natural stone design create a communal experience that remains serene and comfortable for all students. TWELFTH FLOOR

THIRTEENTH FLOOR
Reserved exclusively for the top 50 students, the thirteenth floor is a mixed communal bath. Its bath is nearly standard pool size, allowing more space for relaxation. Shower Area: The thirteenth-floor showers offer more privacy than the lower floors, with enclosed stalls equipped with larger showerheads, adjustable water temperatures, and additional seating. Luxurious toiletries, including high-end shampoos and conditioners, are provided.
Bathing Area: The enormous soaking area resembles a thermal pool, with enough space for multiple students to bathe without feeling crowded. Natural stone lines the floor and walls, and water cascades gently from a waterfall feature, adding to the overall serenity of the room. Panoramic windows allow for scenic views of the academy grounds, and the lighting shifts between soft hues to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. FOURTEENTH FLOOR

General Information
Each dorm room has a small entryway that leads into the main living area, a private toilet room and sinkm and overhead ventilation. There are three types of dormitories, standard, premium and suite.Dormitories and Student Placement:
- Buildings 1 and 2 house first-year students, Buildings 3 and 4 house second-years, and Buildings 5 and 6 house third-years.
- Each building has 15 floors and accommodates 150 students.
- In the first term, incoming first-years are assigned rooms based on their entrance exam scores. Second and third-years are assigned rooms according to their previous term’s rankings.
- Students must vacate their rooms at the end of each semester. They are allowed to leave the dorms during academic and national holidays or with approved administrative permission.
- Only students ranked 1-50 are allowed on floors twelve and higher.
Communal Baths:
Vikan Academy offers communal bath facilities designed to provide relaxation and social interaction for students after a long day of academic and extracurricular activities. At the beginning of each term, students ranked in the top 50 are given specific times to choose their dorm room. If a student misses their slot, they are assigned a room randomly from the remaining available ones.Building Floor Layout

- A full-size platform bed with built-in storage drawers and a headboard with integrated shelving and a charging station.
- A larger desk with built-in LED lighting and a study chair.
- A mirrored sliding door closet, and a half-bath with a vanity sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, and under-sink storage.
- A larger window with curtains, letting in ample natural light.

- A separate living area with a sofa, loveseat, coffee table, kitchenette, dining table, and a mounted flat-screen TV.
- The kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, and sink, with built-in speakers for entertainment.
- A private balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic campus views. Both the living room and bedroom have skylight ceilings.
- A separated bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, work desk, chair, and walk-in closet.
- A full bathroom includes a large shower, extended counter space, and a separate toilet room.
