At the heart of Vikan Academy’s operation is its faculty and staff administration, a tiered hierarchy that ensures the institution functions with surgical efficiency. Led by the Academy President, this administrative body oversees every academic, logistical, and covert function of the school. While the gleaming corridors and manicured courtyards may suggest a pristine academic utopia, the truth behind the faculty’s structure is far more layered—and far more dangerous.

Senior Administration & Department Leadership

The President of Vikan Academy serves as both figurehead and strategist, supported by a council of senior administrators who manage the institution’s departments and long-term objectives. Each academic division is helmed by a Department Head, with Instructional Leads coordinating the daily curriculum and academic assessments. These roles are visible to the public and students, carefully curated to maintain the illusion of an elite yet conventional academic institution.

But visibility ends at the classroom door. Beyond their standard duties, certain department heads and instructional staff operate under a far more clandestine directive.

Syndicate Embedded Operatives

Unbeknownst to most, a portion of Vikan Academy’s faculty serve as embedded Overseers for the Myriad Syndicate. These individuals act as the eyes, ears, and jury of the criminal organization for syndicate members enrolled at Vikan Academy. Overseers are tasked with upholding Syndicate secrecy and suppressing any threat—internal or external—that could expose the true nature of the Academy.

Their roles go beyond surveillance. Overseers are authorized to interfere in academic standings, fabricate or destroy evidence, and administer untraceable punishments. They are permitted—encouraged, even—to act with lethal precision if necessary. Students, regardless of rank or affiliation, are subject to silent erasure if deemed a liability. Sometimes, not even Syndicate membership offers protection.

To the outside world, these faculty members appear as mentors, researchers, and administrators. Within Syndicate circles, they are guardians of the shadow order, enforcing silence through fear, manipulation, and surgical removal. Their presence ensures that Vikan Academy remains not just a school, but a proving ground—and a trap.

Operational & Support Staff

Beyond the academic front, Vikan’s daily rhythm is sustained by a wide range of support roles. Medical staff, janitorial crews, kitchen workers, security officers, and transport coordinators all contribute to the seamless orchestration of life on campus. Though many of these workers are unaware of the Syndicate's involvement, others are complicit—paid to look the other way or threatened into silence.

Every corridor, every office, every moment at Vikan Academy is touched by someone working behind the scenes. Whether nurse, custodian, or strategist, no role is too small to be a part of the machine. Together, the faculty and staff form the backbone of an institution that teaches, tests, and eliminates with equal precision.
