The Guardians of Vexora

The Guardians are believers that the land of Vexora is holy and should remain un-corrupted by mass development, construction, mining, and change. Many of it’s members are druids and rangers, but anyone who is considers the land to be a living creature that should be preserved can be a part of the Guardians. 
A majority of the Guardians don’t have extensive knowledge on the history of Vexora, but they have had experiences with the land or seen certain things that make them believe Vexora is sacred. Some of them will say that once they started praying to the lands that their crops began to grow, or they had a loved one at sea during a raging storm off shore and their prayers to the land calmed the waters. Others will argue that the high amount of resources and unique geography of Vexora produces make it a special place to live. 
Members of the Guardians don’t seek out conflict, but they will fight to defend extremely sacred areas, such as The Untouched. These areas that produce large amount of Ganazium produce amazing gardens/areas of life that are protected by ancient ruins/traps. Only some of the highest honored guardians actually venture enter these areas, but all of the Guardians will fight alongside the land to protect these areas.    The main location of the Guardians is actually off the south-east shores of Vexora called “The Slice” because it is shaped like a triangle facing towards the rest of Vexora. This small island is packed with wildlife and plants, as well as the main Guardian Temple that acts as a shrine to the lands.
