Galatrax, the Doom-Bringer (Gal-ah-tracks)

Title/Position: Warden of Lurantis, in charge of making decisions for the advancement of the Elites. Pulls a lot of strings to make it seem like he isn't the one making all these decisions. He previously was the assistant to whichever player character came from Lurantis, but upon hearing that they would be killed he began to claim to all that he was the new chosen Warden. 
Personality: Easily hot-headed, Galatrax is quick to lose his temper. He very much enjoys receiving praise or being talked up, so it seems that most of his closest allies know how to butter him up. When he is not trying to be intimidating, he has a unique sense of humor, and a boisterous presence about him. He will try to show a small effort of kindness before becoming his true intimidating self. 
History/Story-Hooks: Galatrax weaseled his way into becoming the Elite Warden of Lurantis, a densely populated town known for its high import/export volume. Due to the high influence that Lurantis has on the rest of Vexora, he is in one of the most powerful Warden positions on the continent. Other than his higher elite officers he runs the show and chooses how to approach their goals in the South of Vexora. 
Goals/Desires: Galatrax desires to be one of the most esteemed elites, and dreams of being decorated with war medals after their mission is complete. He plans to be a general in the war to come, if he is able to complete all of the tasks demanded of him. 
Important Info: ELITE! He will pretend to have always been in this position of power and send the player characters on missions. First he will send them on missions to benefit himself or the Elite cause. If they begin to disobey him or fail missions, he will first try to send them away or take them prisoner. If they escape or become too large of a problem, he will send assassins to bring them down.
