Valian
The Valians are the original natives of the Hekkeran Empire. While they share many qualities with normal humans there are some distinct differences. These differences include Pale white Hair, Eyes that range from Vibrant blues to Near silver white to stormy Grey's, and most often are seen to have uncannily pale skin. Although among all their differences one stands out more than the others. This being, that they are born with a crystal like protrusion in their forehead. This protrusion is often referred to as the Valian's third eye by outsiders. However the proper term for this third eye is "Ornalis". The Ornalis can on occasion grant the Valians a rudimentary view of future events. Much like a subdued form of precognition or clairvoyance. Some Valians are said to have mastered this ability, being able to foretell future events with such accuracy as to have stopped wars.
(Uses the Variant Human Traits, except instead of a feat you are granted the Ornalis Eye) Ornalis Eye
The Ornalis Eye when you finish a long rest, roll two d20s and record the numbers rolled. You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn. Each foretelling roll can be used only once. When you finish a long rest, you lose any unused foretelling rolls.
