Lunalis or Tsukinoi Elves

Tsukinoi Elf Tsukinoi Elves are a slender and graceful race of elves, with pointed ears and almond-shaped eyes. They hail from the moonlit forests and mountains of Kozuka and have adapted to their environment through their keen senses and innate magical abilities.
Ability Score Increase: Your Wisdom score increases by 2 and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Moon Magic: You know the Dancing Lights cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Faerie Fire spell once per day as a 2nd-level spell. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Moonbeam spell once per day as a 3rd-level spell. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
Natural Stealth: You have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in dim light or darkness.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Kozukan (Common) and Elvish.
Age: Tsukinoi Elves mature at a rate similar to humans but can live up to 750 years.
Alignment: Tsukinoi Elves tend to be chaotic, following their passions and instincts, but also value the freedom and independence of others.
Physical Description: Tsukinoi Elves stand at around 5 to 6 feet tall, with slender builds and lithe movements. Their skin ranges from a pale silver or blue hue to a darker midnight blue, with hair colors of silver, white, and black. Their eyes are almond-shaped and range in color from silver to gold. They are graceful and agile, with a natural poise that sets them apart from other races.
