Gelari Elves Physical Description:
The Frost Elves are tall, slender, and elegant, with pale blue or white skin and hair in icy shades of silver, blue, or blonde. Their eyes are sharp and bright, glowing with hues of blue, silver, or grey, allowing them to see clearly in the dim and dark conditions of Falengaht’s long winters. Ability Score Adjustments:

Resistance to Cold Damage: Naturally adapted to the cold, they take reduced damage from cold sources. Winter’s Endurance: You have advantage on saving throws against extreme cold and ice-based conditions.
Elven Senses:
Darkvision: See in dim light up to 60 feet as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern colors in the dark, only shades of gray. Keen Senses: You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
Frozen Combatant:
Ice Weapon Mastery: You have proficiency with the Longsword, Shortbow, and Handaxe. Froststep: You can move through difficult terrain made of snow or ice without expending extra movement. Additionally, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks when in snowy or icy terrain.
Agent of the Arctic:
You know the Frostbite cantrip. At 3rd level, you can cast Ice Knife once per day. At 5th level, you can cast Sleet Storm once per day. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for these spells. Languages:
You can speak, read, and write Common, Elvish, and Gelarin, the ancient language of the Frost Elves.
