Smuggler's Tumble

A spiced blackberry mead brewed and served exclusively at The Black Hare Tavern.

Manufacturing process

Non-Alcoholic Recipe:

1. Place all liquid ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add blackberries and mulling spices into the mixture 
3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 30 minutes. WATCH YOU POT to help prevent it from boiling over.
4. Strain and refrigerate. You may wish to add in other fruits or herbs to continue to flavor the drink while chilling.
5. Enjoy and serve cold!
