Credit where credit is due, I got this mocktail recipe from Cocktail Chemistry
A sweet, nutty syrup perfect for giving a drink a dash of almond flavor.
Manufacturing process
- Add almonds, water, and salt to a blender
- Blend on high for 60 seconds
- Strain out solids using a nut milk bag or cheese cloth*
- Add nut milk back into clean blender
- Add the sugar and Ticaloid compound
- Blend until combined, bottle
- Store in the fridge for up to one month

- 500g sugar
- 1.75g Ticaloid 210 S (Optional stabilizer)*
