The entire continent of Amarron is vast, and houses diverse locales depending on the region. Home to the lizardmen and Heckatan peoples, this location is a bizarre site to the other regions of the world.

Geography

Southern Region

Rife with lush jungles, marshes, and flooded plains. This area of the continent is a fertile paradise, where almost all the food used throughout these lands is grown. The drawback however, is the dangerous flora and fauna that call this area home. The Leopard Wyverns are a particular worry for the locals.

Middle Region

The plentiful plant growth slowly trickles to sparse crowds, until the sands are the only thing that can be seen for miles. Life out here is harsh, and few creatures that call this place home are kind. Many predatory species reside here, and the lizard tribes that inhabit the oasis's do not engage in charity for the unprepared traveler.

Northern Region

Large hills of sand slope upwards, coalescing into large mountains that resemble jagged teeth. Here the lizard tribes roost in the cliffs and alcoves, along with the Northern Heckatans. The very fringes of the north possess forests of cold-climate trees, and bitter winds sweep snow occasionally south.
