Uld
The first colony of Gothul in the New World, Uld is the doomed colony which was lost a year ago.
Originally seeming to be a beacon and symbol of hope for the Old World, it seemed all was going well for the nation of Gothul when Uld was established. Colonists flocked to its walls and built up an impressive city within. Even though it was built within the Shadowed Wastes, Uld prospered tremendously, and it seemed it would be the foothold and maybe even the new colonial capital for Gothul during its exploratory and colonization efforts.
However, a year ago, just three years after it's establishment, Uld suddenly went silent. No ships set sail from its ports and all those who entered the city did not return. No one is quite sure what happened, just that suddenly things were not as they were. Scouting ships have been sent by the other Gothul colony, Estenburg and although it appears there is still activity within the city, there are no responses to communication and all who enter are still not heard from again.
