Tarlkin

A Myrrin cleric affiliated with the Wrathclaw, and a man who has perfected the art of being underestimated. Rarely seen on foot and never seen in a hurry, Tarlkin conducts his considerable influence from wherever he happens to be sitting at the time. Unassuming in posture and temperament, he proves capable of shaping outcomes through connection, timing, and a depth of resolve that surprises everyone who assumed otherwise. He is, in short, exactly as useful as he decides to be, and Amara had found him to be of great use for years.
