Vintesi Oasis

The Vintesi Oasis is a common stopping point for adventurers and locals alike. While it always seems to be flourishing with water and water-rich plant life, the oasis is never in the same area. Or at least, to the travelers it doesn't seem to. The ever shifting sands of the Igneus Desert make it hard to decipher this.
