Red Orcs are also known as Oni's, they are a tribe of Orcs that are infused with magic from the demon scar. Their red skin representing the burning fire in their blood.   Size. Orcs all belong to tribes with very distinct cultures, these cultures are so distinct that magical changes occur in the orcs, changing their physical qualities and hueing their skin. As such orcs have very different abilities and outlooks dependent on their tribe. This gives them access to a tribal ability that all of that tribe share. However, if an orc does not belong to a tribe due to a variety of circumstances, they receive the following ability:   Burning Blood. Whenever an enemy within 5 feet of you would attack you with a melee weapon and deal more damage than your Constitution modifier, you can bleed fire on that enemy for an amount of fire damage equal to your Constitution modifier. This can only occur once per round.

confused what trained is suppose to mean for the Menacing ability? It does not say what being trained in something means?

When something says "trained in a skill" or similar, it is referring to proficiency. Menacing grants proficiency in the Intimidation skill.
