Etched with Orclin runes on the side, this falchion seems as if it were simply a regular -- albeit massive -- sword. It is only in those moments of total focus, where a warrior's technique instilled by endless training takes over, that the blade cuts with its true, fiery potential.

This item has the following mundane properties:
• You deal an additional 1 lightning damage on a hit with this weapon.
• You deal an additional 1 thunder damage on a hit with this weapon.

To get stronger, do work. Attack rolls with this weapon score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20. If you have the Improved Critical or Superior Critical class feature, increase the range to 18-20 and 17-20 respectively.

Building Focus. When you score a critical hit, you can roll one of the damage dice from this weapon two additional times. The damage type of these dice is fire.

I strike with perfect technique. Once per long rest, whenever you score a critical hit, you can add the total damage the additional damage that Building Focus has caused in true combat since your last long rest to the damage of this attack.

Your Strength score increases by 2, up to a maximum equal to your ability score cap.

Spine of Steel. As a reaction to an ally within 5 feet or yourself being targeted by a critical hit, you can turn that hit into a normal hit instead. Any effects triggered by a critical hit are canceled. You can use this ability three times, regaining any uses after finishing a long rest.

Unrelenting Tenacity. You are immune to movement speed reductions that aren't conditions.

Earthen Empowerment. You can cast the enlarge/reduce spell without requiring concentration. You can cast this spell twice and must finish a long rest in order to cast the spell again using this item. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for this spell. Duergar that use this item do not require concentration when they cast the enlarge/reduce spell granted by their race.

Wondrous (Crown) - Minor Very Rare - Attunement

While wearing this crown you gain access to the following abilities:
Fighting Premonitions: You have +1 AC against attacks that have disadvantage as you subtly deflect blows before they land.

Delay the Inevitable: When you would be hit by an attack that isn't a critical hit, you can use your reaction to draw upon the power of the crown and have the attack miss instead. Such interference comes at a price however. The source of that attack can't miss with its next attack against you in the next minute, and is immune to this ability for the next 24 hours.

Prophecy of Destruction: As a bonus action, you can perceive a time that a creature you can see within 30 feet of you will be most vulnerable. In 1d4 rounds you can use your action to teleport to a space you can see adjacent to that creature and emit a deadly force. It must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 4d8 force damage and be stunned until the end of your next turn. If the result of the 1d4 is a 4, the DC is increased to 16. You can use this ability a number of times equal to half your Wisdom modifier, rounded down (minimum of one), with all uses refreshing on a long rest.

Why anyone would discard a ruby, no one knows. Or is it a shiny red dragon scale? A shard of paint? In any case, it’s been jammed into a crusty fossil and stuck to a broken pink tiara to create an abomination of a crown. Woven into its creation however is powerful magic to peer through time. When set upon one’s head, the aged stone recedes to reveal two beady green eyes and a toothy streak of a mouth. Sitting prominently on its bearer’s forehead, it projects shattered images of events yet to occur, a strange consequence of the magic maintaining its form.

Orc Features

Darkvision: Thanks to your orc blood, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Menacing: You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill.
Relentless Endurance: When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can't use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
Savage Attacks: When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can roll one of the weapon's damage dice one additional time and add it to the extra damage of the critical hit.


Fighter Features

Great Weapon Fighting Style:
When you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an Attack you make with a melee weapon that you are wielding with two hands, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll, even if the new roll is a 1 or a 2. The weapon must have the Two-Handed or Versatile property for you to gain this benefit.
Second Wind:
You have a limited well of stamina that you can draw on to protect yourself from harm. On Your Turn, you can use a Bonus Action to regain Hit Points equal to 1d10 + your Fighter level.
Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or Long Rest before you can use it again.

Beginning at 9th level, you can reroll a saving throw that you fail. If you do so, you must use the new roll, and you can't use this feature again until you finish a Long Rest.

You can use this feature twice between long rests starting at 13th level and three times between long rests starting at 17th level.


Moon Warrior Features

Moonlight Sonata
Starting at 3rd level when you choose this archetype, while you wield a falchion, you can move up to 10 feet each time you deal damage to an enemy with this weapon. This movement does not count against your speed.

Whenever you move at least 20 feet in a round, your next attack with a falchion deals an additional +2 damage. To gain this bonus, the movement must all be made where you have not yet moved this round. You gain this additional damage only once per round.

Punishing Moon
At 7th level, while wielding a falchion, you can use a bonus action to teleport to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of a hostile creature you can see of your choice. You can then make a free weapon attack against that creature with a falchion.

Flashing Form
At 10th level, whenever a hostile creature misses an attack against you while you're wielding a falchion, they take 5 radiant damage.

 


Forge Cleric Features

At 1st level, you gain the ability to imbue magic into a weapon or armor. At the end of a long rest, you can touch one nonmagical object that is a suit of armor or a simple or martial weapon. Until the end of your next long rest or until you die, the object becomes a magic item, granting a +1 bonus to AC if it’s armor or a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls if it’s a weapon.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
