This singular azure gem, when attuned, hovers at the wearer’s forehead. This circlet has two states, and begins in its starlight state, manifesting as a spectral blue circlet that glimmers as if full of minute stars.

Your Wisdom score is increased by 2, to a maximum equal to your ability score cap.

This circlet has three charges, all of which are regained when you finish a long rest. When you finish a short rest, the circlet regains 1d4-1 charges.

Starlight Radiance. While the circlet is in its starlight state, you can use an action to expend one charge to cast the moonbeam spell from it. When cast in this way, it appears as a glittering beam of starlight, its duration is instantaneous, and the beam persists until the end of your next turn before winking out of existence.

Alone in the Void. When the circlet’s last charge is expended, it enters into its void state, turning an inky black, the gem akin to a watching eye at its center.
As an action while the circlet is in its void state, you can cause an inky blackness to spread from it, filling a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on you. This functions as the Hunger of Hadar spell, except it requires no concentration and lasts until the end of your next turn. You ignore the difficult terrain, blinded condition, and damage caused by the spell, and can see through it as if it were dim light instead of complete blackness. Once you use this ability, the circlet returns to its starlight state.

This circular steel shield has the wreath of the grove around the edge, and a druidic staff that goes across from the bottom left to top right. The bottom left half is painted with vivid life, while the top right is painted with death and decay, symbolic of the balance that must be kept by the druids of the Grove.

Minuet of the Grove. As an action, you can become aware of any fey creatures within 60 feet of you that are not behind total cover. You do not learn their identities, and within the same radius you can also detect the presence of any place or object that has been consecrated or desecrated, as with the hallow spell. You can use this feature a number of times equal to 1 + your Wisdom modifier. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Oath to Order. As an action you can increase, or decrease, your initiative by 1d6/ 1d8/ 2d4. This ability can be used only during the first round of true combat.

Bolero of Courage. This item has 2/ 3/ 5 charges. As a bonus action you can expend charges to mark one target for each charge. While marked, you can ignore their fire resistances for 1 minute. If they are immune to these damages, it is lowered to only being a resistance. You regains all charges after finishing a long rest.

Navi’s Insight. You gain proficiency in the Martial skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, you instead gain a bonus +3/ +4/ +5 on their rolls.

Calming Bossa Nova. You are immune to the charmed condition/ --/ , and common diseases.

Flame Walker: As a bonus action, you can choose to take irresistible fire damage equal to your class level to alter your spells to deal fire damage instead of other types of damage if they do not already deal fire damage. This change applies to instantaneous spells or the initial cast and can only be active during true combat.
Fiery Escape: As an action, you can dash 15 ft, leaving a wall of fire in your wake. The flames reach 20 ft high and have a 5 ft width. Any who attempt to cross the flames must make a Dexterity saving throw. If they fail, they take 1d8 fire damage and are unable to cross. If they succeed, they only take half the damage and make it through the flames. You may do this once per short rest/long rest.
Prestige effect: The damage increases by 1d8 for each level of prestige you have.
