An oversized, alchemically preserved hyena heart has been injected with Doltenian spider paralysis venom, and enchanted with Tasha's Hideous Laughter while inside a torture chamber. The seven-pointed star of The Seven and crude drawings of faces have been carved onto the surface as well. The heart holds 1 charge. You can spend the charge by squeezing the heart as a bonus action, which causes a magical fog to exude from it at the start of your next turn. This fog covers a 5 ft. radius from the heart, and all creatures that enter the area or that start their turn inside the fog must roll Wisdom saving throws at DC 12, or be affected by the spell Tasha's Hideous Laughter for 1 minute. Creatures are affected even if they hold their breath or don't need to breathe. After 1 round, the fog returns to the heart. The heart regains a charge at dawn.

Elegy of Hope and Despair

This music box holds a peculiar tune, one of pure unbridled delusional hope found only in the pits of despair. The hope that even as the axe is heft up to cleave your head from your shoulders, somehow, you might still survive. In it's notes you can almost hear cries of joy, and the final desperate pleas of a prisoner. At its core though, the song is a lullaby, welcoming all to a eternal rest. While attuned to this item you can use these features: Mantle of Inspiration: Hope Against Despair: When Mantle of Inspiration is used it can be immediately enhanced as a action. If this is done when a creature gains the temporary hit points from Mantle of Inspiration, it can immediately use its reaction to make a weapon attack against any creature in range. Immediately after the attack is made the attacker takes 6 necrotic damage. This damage cannot be reduced in anyway. Last Chance: As a bonus action this Music Box can be brandished and played, creating the effect Mantle of Inspiration as if used at 5th level with a +5 modifier to charisma. This effect is restored at sunrise each day. (Base Material, Adornment, Enhancement 1)

Grace of Spring: While wearing this ring as an action you can expend a charge to grant yourself one of the following effects for one hour. Each unique benefit can effect the same target simultaneously. -+10 base move speed -20ft climb speed -20ft swim speed

Pact Band: This band is formed from obsidian and gold, entwined around two onyx gems that constantly swirl around a pulsing sapphire. While attuned to this ring, you gain the following benefits: • Your Charisma score is increased by 1 to a maximum of 20, changing as your ability score cap does. • You gain resistance to necrotic damage.(edited) Additionally, you gain access to the following abilities: • Boon of the Witch Queen: When you cast the Eldritch Blast cantrip, you deal an additional 1d4 force damage per blast. • Leech: As an action, you can unleash a ray of dark energy at a target within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 points of necrotic damage, healing you for half the damage dealt. This ability can be used twice, with all uses refreshing when you complete a long rest.
