Versalis
Versalis is the physical manifestation, the mindscape, of the Writer. The land is a reflection of the mind and personality of him. Calm and serene on the surface. A welcoming visage that beckons others to stay and spend a while in the relaxing splendor provided.
And, amidst the perfection, a keen eye will pick up some of the less perfect aspects. The overworld of Versalis the complexities hidden beneath. Not physically beneath, but twisted beyond normal space, hidden in the impossible cracks, there are less savory venues which the curious could attempt to visit.
Geography
From the exterior, hovering in orbit over Versalis, the land looks akin to a vast island. A circle plate with pleasant biomes on top and a rough clump of rocks and earth glued to the underside. Orbiting around the floating island is a small sun and moon, flying in tandem in seemingly random directions. Some days, the sun comes up from the East, from the edge of the sea, other days it comes over the mountains on the West side. Beyond them, the void is coated in a wash of little pinprick lights and colored, gaseous nebulae.
From East to West, there starts with a small sea. The waters of the ocean spill over the edge, yet never empty.
Boarding the sea is a beach of white and gold sands, behind those lie a range of dunes.
Commanding the most surfaces area is the grasslands behind the dunes. Just off center is the community of Upton, a quiet little community.
At the final third of Versalis's surface area, a deciduous forest crops up. Pines and oak trees grow as the ground starts to slope upward.
The forest ends where the western mountain range rises, forming a spine along its side of Versalis. Nestled at the foot of these mountains, in the forest, there is a small, two-story house. The back porch sits atop a cliff overlooking the treetops and beyond to the east.

Fauna & Flora
Decidely, there is very much a lack of fauna across Verslais. No wild critters roam anywhere.
Plants, on the other hand, mimic those across traditional Earth, where appropriate.
