Frosia
Frosia
AKA: The Pale Nation
Type: country
Government: Monarchy (Hereditary), Hereditary Noble Houses
Leaders: Current Monarch: Marilysa Nestalaine, Members of Frostal Assembly
Location: Northern Verna
Known For: Everblizzards, Tradition, Reclusion
People: Cold, traditional, loyal, reclusive, devout, cold
"The will of the gods has always been harsh." —Old Frosian Aphorism
This bleak country is eternally frozen thanks to ancient Glacial Quartz mines within Frosia and its use during The Second Age of Cataclyma to fend off Emythia and Alestel's invading armies. Frosia's ruler, Marilysa Nestalaine and the island village of Breau in the north despise the constant war waging against Moranvil and the Glacial Quartz raids.
However, they refuse to break with tradition or their ancient allegiance to Helacium, who have supported Frosia and kept them in power for centuries. While Marilysa is often seen as weak or ineffective, her citizens still respect her for trying to maintain peace against the raids and constant warmongering of other nations.
Most Frosians now reside in the capital city Wylt, which is a haven for refugees fleeing the constant war.
