Boras

The Boras. A nocturnal race. They are very aggressive and territorial. They evolved from Gigents. Gigents exile runts and weaklings. Over many generations the runts and weaklings have evolved in Boras,   They are extremely tribalistic and worship strength and power. Boras have begun to steal technology when they can and take it back to the supreme leader. There they are studied by the smartest Boras. They find a purpose for all of there kind.   Each tribe has a leader and a warlock who reports to the supreme leader.   They have keen night vision and do most of their activity during the night. Boras   The Boras Tribes: The Boras live in scattered tribes, each led by a powerful chieftain who commands respect through strength and cunning. These tribes roam the vast expanse of their territory, ranging from snow-capped peaks to dense forests and deep valleys. Despite their nomadic lifestyle, Boras tribes are fiercely territorial, fiercely defending their hunting grounds and ancestral lands from intruders.   Shamanistic Beliefs: At the heart of Boras culture lies a deep reverence for the natural world and the spirits that dwell within it. Shamans, revered as spiritual leaders and mediators between the mortal realm and the spirit world, hold great sway over Boras society. Through elaborate rituals, sacred ceremonies, and communion with the spirits of nature, shamans guide their tribes, offer counsel to chieftains, and harness the primal forces of the elements to aid their people.   Ruthless Raiders: The Boras are renowned for their prowess in battle and their unrelenting ferocity when provoked. They are known to launch daring raids on nearby settlements, caravan routes, and outposts, plundering wealth, resources, and technology from their unsuspecting foes. These raids are often swift and merciless, leaving devastation in their wake and striking fear into the hearts of those who dare to challenge them.   Technological Ambition: Despite their primitive lifestyle, the Boras possess a curious fascination with advanced technology. They are known to salvage, steal, and reverse-engineer artifacts from other races, seeking to harness the power of these mysterious devices for their own purposes. Boras shamans study captured technology, attempting to unlock its secrets and integrate its power into their shamanistic practices, leading to the development of crude but potent arcane devices and weaponry.   Isolation and Mistrust: The Boras are fiercely independent and deeply distrustful of outsiders. They view other races with suspicion and contempt, seeing them as invaders and interlopers in their ancestral lands. Encounters with Boras tribes are rare and often end in bloodshed, as the giants fiercely defend their territory and resources from perceived threats.
