Personal history

Born and raised in Qathalna, Nedri is the only child of two wizards. She found the study of magic tedious, herself, preferring to study martial arts with the Quadripart monks at the temple near her home, although she did pick up some basic alchemy. Nedri found work as a private investigator working to curtail smuggling in the city's ports after shadowing the more experienced investigator Kort Zadle and earning her license to practice from the province.

History

Kort trained Nedri as a young investigator, teaching her the ways of the trade and her unarmed combat skills. After Nedri survived a terrible accident, she lost memory of Kort. Upset by her lack of recognition, Kort eventually stopped visiting. He thinks very highly of her and hopes for her recovery - he does not know that she is practicing as a detective again.
