Along with a crew of slavers, they kidnapped first Wynstifer Gutierrezen LuiandoBach and then Ada Reeves, Odzel, and Kynareth. After escaping from the slave ship, this party vowed to shut down Deska's operation, for which they only have a name: Horizon.

Deska is small, but strong and wiry. Their hands and forearms are covered in severe burns, but these are usually covered by gloves.

Deska dresses in the traditional Qathalnese style, draped in layered silks which leave little skin bare.

Personal history
According to Sithrin, Deska was expelled from the Albatross Guild after betraying other Guild members. Juniper also claims to be motivated by a personal vendetta against them. Beyond this, their past is shrouded in mystery.

Employment
Deska's background is that of a common smuggler, but since their expulsion from the Albatross Guild, they have moved on to more sinister activities, most notably human trafficking. Sithrin suggested that they may not be working alone.
Morality & Philosophy
Deska displays little regard for their own allies when push comes to shove. Combined with their explosive combat techniques, this attitude has left a trail of bodies in their wake.

Aside from their former affiliation with the Albatross Guild, Deska is known to have a contact in Irilaq, a gnoll named Chet, who provides their operation with supplies.
