A Road Warden based in the city of Draguilforte.
He meets the party at the river crossing between Rhone and Regensthall. He seemed to be the most outspoken of his companions, openly welcoming the party to join them around their fire.
Jacques offered the assistance of himself and his companions to repair the damaged bridge and allow the party to cross.
Jacques was killed by one of the ghouls that attacked the party while they were working on the bridge's construction.
