The Captain of the Town Guard in Wuulfrend.
Stefan had a small cat problem which he tasked Clint's Caravan to solve.
Zeph was able to put the majority of the cats to sleep and after arranging a new home for the cats with a farmer on the outskirts of town, the party carried the cats out of the barracks and to their new home.
Stefan was pleased with the party's success and paid them 20 silver each for their help, stating that if they were ever back in town he would be happy to see if he could provide them with more work.
The Defenders of Wuulfrend encountered Stefan in the marketplace of Wuulfrend during the bandit raid. The group assisted Stefan in his fight against the bandit leader, Carver. Afterwards, he thanked them for their assistance and sent them to Lord August Golbeck to receive payment.
Following accepting the request to search for the kidnapped citizens of Wuulfrend, the group was instructed to speak with Stefan to find out what he has learned from the captured bandits.
