The innkeeper and landlord of The Kingfisher Inn in Wuulfrend.
The party encountered him on their first night in Wuulfrend as he served them food and drink and prepared rooms at the inn for Zeph, Vesta, and the rest of the caravan members.
Arno intervened during one of Bruno's xenophobic tirades and offered free drinks and breakfast to the party members for their trouble.
Arno directed to party towards Gregory, a local merchant who asked the party to look for a missing delivery.
Arno bid the party farewell on the morning of their departure from Wuulfrend.
