A member of 'The Black Hand'. He is involved in the organization's slave trade in Gothia. The party are yet to uncover his identity, knowing him only as 'L' or 'Cardinal'.
'L' somehow managed to activate a teleportation circle, it is unclear to the party how he was capable of this or where precisely the captives were taken.
'L' appeared to Thurdon in a drug-induced vision. He was overseeing the excavation and construction of a pyramid-like structure in a snowy region.
