Hafmen
A criminal organization within Unyeth that is made up primarily of Half Elf thugs. They can be found in the seedier bars and taverns within the city. Their main form of income comes from "protection" money from businesses owned by non-elves. Guards have fewer patrols in the districts made up primarily of non-elves. Crimes against non-elves are also investigated less vigorously.
Structure
The gang is led by the Half Moon, generally the most cunning member of the Hafmen. A handful of lieutenants work for the Half Moon and lead groups of Hafmen in different parts of the city.
