The Free Cities of Kellios

A Collection of Ten major city states along the Southwestern coast of Akus, as well as a number of smaller cities, the Free Cities have a collective defensive agreement, with each of the states agreeing to unite together if an external force attempts to conquer the region. Each of the Cities in the region have their own cultures and governmental types, and they even occasionally conflict with each other, However, the defensive pact has held for as long as its existence without being broken once, and all of the cities are willing to put aside squabbles when external threats present themselves.
