The 9 Circles of Hell
The 9 Hells are compromised of 9 different intertwined pocket realms each containing a piece of Hell, each piece or Kingdom of Hell is currently ruled by one of the nine Daedrothic Devils. the current purpose of hell is to punish the evildoers in other realms, when a creature that has lived a life of sin dies and is judged by the Court of Scathach they can be sentenced to spend the rest of eternity in one of the 9 hells.
while the 9 hells and the azure havens used to have a peaceful relation, the current tension between the two realms could break into war any second
