Underneath the waters of the Impassable Mist is a dark abyss that even Morcant will not enter. Rocky edges of the chasm are marked by strong currents and a steep drop off leading into the pitch black of its depths. On occasion researchers will make their way to the edges to document any possible changes focusing on the currents and watch little life can be found among the rocks.
