HHH Rankings
A large board with the rankings of competing Hunting, Heralding, and Hauling workers within a region. The higher on the list an individual is the better service they provide along with a steeper cost.
Individuals can compete in tournaments to earn more points allowing them to move up the rankings faster. The Hunters and Haulers with good reputations can be assigned an Agent who will help them with finding work and negotiating contracts.
Once old enough, heralds are allowed to keep any points earned if they choose to continue in one of the other categories. When these particular points were earned will be noted, but it does give them a jump on those just starting out.
Purpose
To keep track of current available skilled worker's abilities and reputations.
