A secretive organization with a byzantine hierarchy. The've held a position on The Counsel of Eleven for as long as anyone can remember.

Primarily tasked with making sure no magical attacks or dangers exist within the city and to train any prospective talent they find in the ways of magic.

It is generally believed they are attempting to study the aura around the city.
