WorldEmber 2020 Pledge - Vanelle
Following so closely on the heels of NaNoWriMo, WorldEmber will certainly be a challenge, but not one I'm about to back down from. Doing NaNo has left me with an abundance of stub articles created over the course of working on my manuscript and there's a lot of clean-up to be done. Writing the first draft of my novel has also given me a better idea of the parts of my world I need to flesh out in order to achieve the mood and themes I want for my story.
Below, you will find a list of articles I am planning on working on during the month of December, hopefully netting me a worldbuilding word count of 10,000 words, although I am aiming for more.
Below are a few images I will use to inspire my writing. If I have time, I will also dedicate some time to finishing the two maps pictured.
During WorldEmber 2020 I, Karpsy, pledge to work on:
- Fleshing out my world's pantheon
- Finishing articles relevant to the structure of my two main organisations
- Writing articles for a few locations and characters relevant to the story so far
