Kl'atepan

Kl'atepan is a relatively smaller nation on the eastern coast of the region who have taken the defensive against Tlaxcan aggression for many centuries. Their warriors don elaborate, heavy armor of enchanted jade, blessed by their shamans, who look to the stars for answers to the world's mysteries.
Kl'atepan is perhaps best known for its impressive wall, built through the jungle to defend their lands from the Tlaxcans, which has stood the test of time since ancient days. The wall is bolstered by great jade golems, animated by ancient magics to defend their homeland. It is said that in recent years, due to advancements in magic and science, the formerly mindless jade golems have been refined and given consciousness, resulting in the creation of the Guardians.
Further study into the movements of celestial bodies has also resulted in the unique magical school of graviturgy, allowing their mages to manipulate gravity and density of objects.
Kl'atepan is fairly cosmopolitan, and all the races native to this area can be found, and are treated more or less equally, though humans are the majority.
This nation is known for being one of the only lands to avoid being conquered during the military campaign of Pereon the Great.
