So much.

Ayden is a vampire very motivated by his lot in life. Being a Loyalist and Council Vampire, there is a lot expected of him because of his position in the city and his day job. He works to secure both his position and his Master's in he city while entertaining himself with Isaiah and Celesie Lemarquis, though he is quite possessive of both of them in a quiet way. He views both of them as possessions in that he tends to them, cares for them, and sees their well being as a reflection on himself. If they're not doing well, it reflects poorly on him as a caretaker. That doesn't mean he's very micromanaging in their relationship.

He offers advice when it's asked, an ear when it's requested, and a solid support foundation. He can be depended on to do the things he says he will and honest about what he will not. There isn't much deceit or reading between the lines when it comes to Ayden - in regard to his not-relationship with Celesie and Isaiah.

Political / Religious Beliefs

Ayden is a very old vampire and has been entrenched in both the Loyalist hierarchy and his Master's family for a long time. He likes things to be orderly and, while he believes in both Gods, he has no reverence for them. Ayden, like most well behaved Loyalists, has a respecful fear of both Cain and the Loyalist Council. It keeps him well behaved and law-abiding. He has no desire to step out of place or shake things up, but rather, he is one of the enforcers of the status-quo.

Disposition

Ayden is a cool, often seemingly detached, business man. He often works from home, since he doesn't go out at night, but he can be awake during the day if he must. It's not something he enjoys, though. He has fine tastes and like most Loyalists, prefers to drink from his animal-to-call. He isn't above drinking from his lovers, and will prefer them out of any other non-were-feline. Never by force, of course. He's not really a man of such primitive brutality, he'd much rather coerce someone into doing things or get someone else to dirty their hands. The fewer things that can be tracked back to him, the better. That's the entire point of underlings, after all, and he has a fair few. He affectionately calls them Secretaries and hold them to high standards. If they don't meet his standards, he makes someone who will.

His business life and private life are generally separate in that he doesn't let other vampires mess around with Celesie or Isaiah. Most will respect him, his station, or his power and leave them alone. It's generally the non-Council, non-Loyalist vampires they encounter that cause them trouble - or someone who is looking to cause Ayden problems.

Ayden is loyal to his Master in so far as it's because his life is pretty much tethered to Vedat. Most vampires don't survived the death of their Masters, so he has a personal, vested interest in seeing that Vedat, and thus their family, secure the city for the Loyalists and the Council.

Appearance

Ayden prefers suits - expensive, tailored to fit. He's a tall man at 6'2" with dark brown, almost black hair. He keeps it in a short, contemporary cut that's never been grown out or ragged. He has a strong jawline with the ghost of stubble that never resolves into anything more. His eyes are a very pale brown, almost gray. Ayden likes to be neat and cleas - thus, he does not like anything that involves making a mess. Blood or otherwise. Not to say he won't, he just really does not want to get dirty.
