Tarine

The only major city now within the Ulonti empire that once ruled the whole continent but over time their territory diminished to a single mountain. Several large towns were abandoned during the emergence of the spirit. Tarine is a quiet city now with travel off the mountain only possible for half the year the people of the city spend the winters building up goods to trade when they can evacuate the mountain.
