Ichrae Mountains

Oh great spires, cloaked with cloud, within be riches, treasures in shroud.
With spear and sword, and spell and songs loud we combat mad kings within, cutting down the proud.
And when we have succeeded, our glasses filled anew, We'll carry our gained honor back, to homes where greatness grew.
And when we've healed our wounds, and battlewant's been refound, Once more shall we go back, to the spires cloaked with cloud.

Geography

A mountain range, much taller than anything on earth, like hundreds of thin everests. Climbing them is completely impractical, so dwarves mined through them, building bridges through gorges and mining straight through the hearts of mountains. However, after digging far too deep, monsters and demons rose up from the underdark, and the dwarves were driven out in an event known as The Severing. The mountains are now completely overrun.
